Alpha Energy Laboratories Observed Holidays

• When possible, please avoid testing near a holiday as shipping delays are more common near a holiday.
• We are open to receive mail on every day FedEx, UPS, or USPS delivers mail. The time-sensitive portion of analysis is always completed on the same day your test is delivered to the lab.
• Test reports are issued Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Reports are not issued on Saturday or Sunday.
• Customer service and lab reporting are closed for some holidays. We will not issue reports and customer service will be closed on these holidays:
  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (4th of July)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Black Friday (day after Thanksgiving)
  • Christmas Day
• If a holiday falls on a weekend, it will be observed on the next business day.
• Customer service and lab reporting work limited hours on these holidays:
  • Christmas Eve
  • New Year’s Eve
