Return Shipping Label Guarantee

FedEx Return Shipping Labels purchased through our company, or included in products purchased through resellers, are guaranteed by Alpha Energy Laboratories according to the below policies:

  • If your test arrives damaged, the test may be invalid or be an estimated reading due to damage. We will replace the test kit(s) and will provide a new shipping label.
  • If your test arrives more than 10 days after the stop of the test, the test may be invalid or be an estimated reading due to a transit delay. We will replace the test kit(s) and provide a new shipping label.
  • If your test exceeds the delivery time guaranteed below, we will replace the test kit(s) and provide a new shipping label.
    • For FedEx Ground, your test kit is guaranteed to be delivered in 10 calendar days.
    • For FedEx 2Day, your test is guaranteed to be delivered in 2 business days.
    • For FedEx Overnight, your test is guaranteed to be delivered the next business day.
  • You must ship the test kit within 2 business days of the end of the test for our guarantee to apply; transit delays due to a failure to ship promptly are not covered by our guarantee. We will check shipment tracking information to confirm the test was shipped promptly.
  • If any other issue occurs with your test that causes the result to be an error, you may be eligible for a replacement test kit, but the shipping label will not be replaced. Shipping labels are only replaced for shipping related problems, such as shipping delay or damage.
  • Please note: We cannot ensure that any shipment will arrive on time or undamaged; we are not a shipping company and FedEx is responsible for proper delivery of your shipment. We will stand by our guarantee by providing you with a replacement product and shipping label.
  • If any fees were paid for your test, they will be credited towards your replacement per our Radon Fee Policies.
  • Replacement test kits are shipped via expedited shipping. Replacements are shipped as promptly as possible, typically within 1-2 days of receiving your request.
    • If your original shipping label was FedEx Ground or FedEx 2 Day, your replacement will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery (3-7 business day delivery time).
    • If your original shipping label was FedEx Overnight, your replacement will be shipped FedEx 2 Day (2 business day delivery time)

If you would like a refund for your shipping label, we can offer a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You purchased the shipping label directly from Alpha Energy Laboratories. We cannot refund shipping labels acquired through resellers, however, a replacement label will be offered according to the above list.
  • You agree that a new shipping label will not be included with your replacement test kit; you can request a refund or a new label, but you will not receive both.
  • Your test arrived in the lab later than the promised delivery timeline or arrived damaged. We can refund the label purchase at your request. We cannot refund shipping labels acquired through resellers.
